WHO IS IN FOR THE BIGGEST LOSER/GREATEST GAINER Challenge??

For All Members new and old!

Basic Rules:

• Buy-in: $15
• Contest will be 6 weeks long (1/19/15 – 2/27/15) and participants will be put in teams of 4
• Teams members will be assigned by Peri-Lyn in an effort to make things as fair/equal as possible
• Participants can choose between two options: Weight Lost or Fitness Activity
• Weight Lost: Points will be determined by the average weight loss within the team. Weigh-ins will be private and handled by Peri-Lyn *(schedule now)
• Fitness Activity: Boot camp, Barre + extra-curricular fitness. 1 hour of boot camp counts for 1 ½ points; 1 hour of extra-curricular counts for 1 point.
• Weeks will run from Monday thru Sunday.
Clarifying Rules:
• If participants miss more than 10 minutes of boot camp (shows up late and/or leaves early), it’ll only count for 30 minutes (or 1 point).
• Peri-Lyn has the option of adding in “bonus” point opportunities throughout the duration of the contest. Points earned in these bonus opportunities won’t be so much as to give one team an overwhelming advantage, but may tip the scale in a close race.

• Prizes from Run 26, Dream Dinners in Snohomish, SSI and other Local (Healthy and Fit) companies!!
